Wye Valley Meadery have recently moved into a new larger premises in Caldicot's Severn Bridge Industrial Estate after growing out of their Chepstow site. If anybody ever grew up enjoying rhubarb crumble or a sprinkle of sugar on rhubarb as snack, then you're sure to enjoy this. The mead is dry fermented, and then sweetened with a touch of honey, bringing a floral balance to the zesty undertones. This is its medium mead (as opposed to a sweet mead), which is made with slightly less honey for those who like their drinks a little lighter on the sweetness.

After years of homebrewing, brothers Kit and Matt struck upon a recipe and method to brew mead in a beer style and the Wye Valley Meadery was born.
